On the main level, the great room and kitchen create an open and free-flowing living space with French door access to the deck. An eating bar and window seat enhance the main gathering spaces. A full bath sits directly across the hall from the guest bedroom providing comfortable accommodations for weekend visitors. Upstairs, your master bedroom boasts a private balcony, vaulted ceiling, walk-in closet and deluxe bath. Bedroom two enjoys a private bath and convenient built-in desk. Reproducible masters are printed on bond paper and come with a copyright release.

Order Plan

A full set of copyrighted plans typically used for review purposes and obtaining bids and estimates. Often these blueprints are stamped "Not for Construction," and due to copyright laws, cannot be reproduced.

The basic house plan package needed for construction of your new house.

Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.

Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.

Complete copy of the construction drawing. Since our blueprints cannot be photocopied, extra sets are available for purchase within 90 days of the original house plan purchase.

Mirror reverse blueprints are the mirror image of the house plan, which flips the floor plan from left to right with the text appearing backwards just as if you were looking in a mirror. The mirror reverse floor plan serves as a visual aid showing the layout of the house the way you plan to build it and also shows correct door swings. It is recommended to only order one or two sets of your house plan package with the mirror reverse option and order the rest of the sets as correct or right reading plans. At least three sets in the plan package MUST be right reading plans.
