It’s not an accident that this Premier Luxury House Plan reminds one of a Southern plantation home. Its design is based on historic homes located in New Orleans. Crisp white columns support porches on both levels. Rows of windows with protective shutters allow light and air into the stately interior. A grand entrance is made with double doors opening to the two-story foyer. Take notice of the curved staircase before moving through the gallery to the family room and look up at the second floor balcony. Beautiful! Breakfast is served in the eating area on one side of the kitchen counter while the children frolic in the playroom behind it. Of course when dinner is served we shall convene in the dining room and look out of the bay window onto, perhaps a garden. When bedtime arrives, guests join the family on the second floor. The sleeping quarters include a master bedroom with an exercise room, two secondary bedrooms and a guest bedroom.
