Tucked away, isolated in its own corner behind the half bath, are the laundry facilities. They are essentially out of sight, but not too far to be out of mind. You can look wistfully out of the window over the kitchen sink while you do dishes or you could just utilize the dish washer. There is plenty of room for it under the kitchen counter. There’s plenty of room to eat too, in the combined kitchen & dining area. Upstairs away from the busy living spaces, three bedrooms and a full bath that includes a tub for quiet soaking, delight in privacy. This narrow lot house plan is small and affordable and definitely a charmer.
