Finely wrought traditional details grace the exterior of this duplex design - lap siding, round louvers at the gable ends, and lovely multi-pane windows. If you like, you may build one or the other of the units, or create the combination as shown here. Unit B is slightly smaller than Unit A and has a one-car garage instead of the two-car version found in Unit A. Both sides contain a living/dining room combination, a den (or make it a second bedroom), a master suite and a kitchen with peninsula. Sliding glass doors in the dining rooms open to side patios for al fresco dining. Both living rooms have box-bay windows; Unit B's living room is vaulted. The master suites on both sides are well appointed with walk-in closets and private baths. A second full bath in the hallway serves the den or Bedroom 2. Note the clever laundry alcoves with space for a washer and dryer to either side of access to the garages.
Unit A: 1115, 2-car garage
Unit B: 1052, 1-car garage
