This small and affordable, beach or coastal home plan features an array of windows capturing shoreline views from all angles and filling the home with natural sunlight. French doors open to expansive living room, which combines with the dining room and efficient kitchen, featuring and island with eating bar, creating an open floor plan ideal for entertaining. The cheerful sunroom provides a quite place to read the morning newspaper or take in coastal sites. All the bedrooms enjoy the privacy of the second floor. A walk-in closet and deluxe bath complete with double bowl vanity and corner whirlpool tub enhance the master bedroom.
