Plan Description

This small and affordable, beach or coastal home plan features an array of windows capturing shoreline views from all angles and filling the home with natural sunlight. French doors open to expansive living room, which combines with the dining room and efficient kitchen, featuring and island with eating bar, creating an open floor plan ideal for entertaining. The cheerful sunroom provides a quite place to read the morning newspaper or take in coastal sites. All the bedrooms enjoy the privacy of the second floor. A walk-in closet and deluxe bath complete with double bowl vanity and corner whirlpool tub enhance the master bedroom. 0123	Mirror Reverse Mirror reverse house plans are the mirror image of the home plan, which flips the floor plan from left to right with the text appearing backwards just as if you were looking in a mirror. The mirror reverse floor plan serves as a visual aid showing the layout of the home the way you plan to build it and also shows correct door swings. It is recommended to only order one or two sets of your house plan package with the mirror reverse option and order the rest of the sets as correct or right reading plans.
