Plan Description

Sturdy columns atop stone bases and a shed dormer above give this carriage house plan the look and feel of the Northwest. The first floor is composed of a three-car garage outfitted with 9’ ceiling and two overhead doors. At the back of the structure, a finished gathering area provides 455 square feet of useable space. It opens to a covered porch making an ideal entertainment space for causal gatherings. Interior stairs lead the way to the second floor living quarters (640 square feet) offering a combined kitchen and living area as well as a comfortable bedroom and full bath. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$325.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$525.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$150.00
