Plan Description

This unique house plan is a modern hunting cabin or vacation retreat. The covered porch welcomes all and offers a nice space to soak up the sights and sounds of nature. Notice the wood stove and sleeping couch. Sliding doors open to reveal an open floor plan with living room and compact kitchen joining forces. A fireplace contributes to a rustic or romantic atmosphere. The bedroom is large enough to be furnished with a queen size bed or two bunk beds. A full bath completes the floor plan. Structurally, this vacation cabin is built on treated wood pilings. It has a wood frame floor, treated wood post/beam system, 2x6 walls, wood rafters, and metal roofing. A small, tankless gas water heater is mounted on the outside of the cabin. Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$200.00
