Plan Description

This practical and efficient carriage house plan is the perfect complement to many Craftsman style homes. The exterior sports a façade of clapboard siding with stone accents and a dormer window above. Two overhead doors open to the 610 square foot garage complete with 9’ ceiling, storage space and utility sink, half bath with room for a stackable washer/dryer unit, and front and rear service entries. You’ll appreciate having sheltered parking for the family cars and storage space for lawn and garden tools. At the top of the interior stairs, you’ll find living quarters providing 617 square feet of finished space including an open floor plan with compact kitchen, large bedroom, full bath and over-sized storage closet. Add functionality and comfort to any piece of property with this 2-car garage apartment plan.

Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$350.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$450.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$350.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$75.00
