Two 50’ tandem bays and a single-car garage give this carriage house plan the space it needs to neatly store five vehicles. Three 12’x9’ overhead doors open to reveal 2500 square feet of usable space topped with a 13’ ceiling. Here you’ll find a utility room, a full bath and a storage space tucked behind the bath, ideal for a workbench or storing smaller items like hunting and fishing gear. The left bay is a drive-thru bay outfitted with a 12’x12’ overhead door in the rear. It is perfect for boat storage allowing you to pull straight thru the garage instead of hassling with backing in or out of the garage. The center tandem bay is ideal for storing the family cars, and you can use the single bay for your ATV, motor cycle or jet ski if you desire.
