Plan Description

This multi-family log home design is ideal for rustic setting or rental properties at a lakeside resort. This duplex design features two log cabins connected by a covered porch. Each cabin offers a covered front porch and open living areas designed with an eat-in kitchen and comfortable vaulted living room. Sliding doors open to the covered porch connecting the cabins. A bedrooms and full bath deliver comfortable accommodations and a rear covered porch offers another outdoor living space to soak up the sights and sounds of nature. A ladder leads to the loft, ideal for storage or a bunk room for the kids. Just right for rental property, this duplex-style log cabin design delivers a rustic retreat.

This design call for conventional/stick roof framing with trusses for the covered porch connecting the cabins.

Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$750.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$950.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$950.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$150.00
