Plan Description

Dormers above a column-lined front porch give this ranch home country curb appeal. Taking a look at the floor plan, you’ll notice a long and lean design with rear-entry garage making this house well suited for a narrow lot. Beyond the covered front porch, the spacious foyer greets all and offers a handy coat closet. On the left, a guest bedroom is just right for sleepovers with the grandkids and other occasional weekend visitors. A walk-in closet enhances this space.
