Plan Description

If you are considering starting your own storage rental business, take a look at this commercial building plan. This storage unit floor plan is designed for practicality. The front of the plan offers a 606 square foot office/reception area with half bath, work counter and private office. It also offers a rental space next door, just right for another small office or business with another half bath. In total, there is 1212 square feet of finished space. Beyond the offices, you’ll find heated storage units of various sizes with external access and halls leading to each unit. Polishing off the floor plan, there is 6000 square feet of unfinished and unheated storage spaces with each individual unit accessed from the exterior of the building. Provide potential clients with a variety of storage rental opportunities with this multi-unit and multi-purpose storage building.

Each commercial stock plan package represents the graphical and quantitative components of a proposed development. Each plan has been designed by an architect and can be used by builder, developers, business owners and other architects or engineers. The commercial stock plan package is for the consideration of a design concept use only. Additional architectural and engineering professionals are required to convert the concept into the necessary construction documents.

The recommended house plan package for construction of your new home. There are usually enough sets of blueprints to distribute them to the lender, building department, various contractors and yourself. 		$1,200.00
Reproducible Master
House plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$1,800.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$2,000.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$1,800.00
