Plan Description

***Discontinued per designer 11/8/12 - see plan 027M-0023 for US version. Ideal for retirees and empty nesters as well as families starting out, this duplex house plan provides two identical units of comfortable living all on one level. The garages are situated side-by-side at the center of the design providing privacy for the entries of each unit while serving as a noise barrier. Entering via the covered front porch, you’ll find a combined living and dining room with sliding door access to the side yard. The efficient kitchen is situated beyond. Two bedrooms are tucked away at the back of the floor plan and access a deluxe bath. Both units have access to unfinished basements, perfect for storage. Designed for the way we live, this multi-family house plan will appeal to a broad range of people.

Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.)
