Plan Description

If you like the idea of owning your own home but would like help making your house payments, this is the design for you. Considered a multi-family house plan by some, a duplex by others and even a bachelor home or a multi-generational house plan, this design is both practical and functional. With the outward charm, it blends nicely in almost any neighborhood. Hidden inside, are two completely separated living units. The main entry opens to the owner’s living quarters where a split-foyer directs traffic up the stairs to the family gathering areas. Here, the U-shaped kitchen with snack bar overlooks the combined living and dining areas creating and open and flexible floor plan.
