	CAD File Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. 	PDF File (Best Value) Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.)
