Plan Description

An interesting roofline lends curb appeal to this two-story multi-family house plan. The single-car garages for each unit team up in the middle of the design providing a bit of privacy and a noise barrier between the living spaces. Both units enter from covered front porches and feature open living areas, step-saver kitchens with snack bars and two-story ceilings soaring over the main gathering spaces. A walk-in closet and semi-private bath access are the highlights of each first floor master bedroom. Rear decks and utility rooms offer the finishing touches on the main level. Upstairs, both units deliver two bedrooms and a full bath. Functional and efficient, this duplex home plan is thoughtfully planned for today’s families.

Reproducible Master
House plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$1,500.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$2,250.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$1,500.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$300.00
