Plan Description

Equal square footage on the first floor and second floor of this small and affordable home plan creates a home that lives large, but is small in square foot cost. An 8' ceiling height throughout is an additional construction value, and a full basement offers great storage or additional living space at a conservative added cost. A covered front porch, a boxed window and brick façade with siding and shutters create a stylish exterior with traditional charm.
