Plan Description

This cabin plan epitomizes simplicity and practicality, just what anyone looks for in a vacation home. A simple roofline and full length deck contribute to its look of that of a getaway retreat. The U-shaped kitchen is efficient in layout and offers ample storage and counter space as well as a dining area. The living room is open to the kitchen/dining room and includes a built-in entertainment center. A sloped ceiling with views of the balcony above adds to the cabin-like atmosphere. The bedroom is of generous size with a large closet and easy access to the hall bath and laundry facilities. Use the upper level loft for a sleeping area for the kids or occasional guests. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$815.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$815.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$135.00
