Plan Description

Double dormers and slender pillars across the rocking chair front porch cinch the beauty of this two-story country home plan. Though only a modest 1,415 square feet, the floor plan is equally irresistible. A vaulted ceiling in the living room brings in natural light while a fireplace warms the atmosphere. Large windows grace the dining room as it opens into the corner kitchen making the main gathering areas great for get-togethers and daily activities. Two secondary bedrooms meet on one side of the house and share a full bath complete with laundry facilities tucked inside. The master bedroom sports a walk-in closet and full bath. A nook created by one of the dormers is ideal for a comfy reading chair. Cozy and functional, this small and affordable house plan works well in a neighborhood or on a narrow lot along a quiet road.

Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$815.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs.
