Plan Description

This extraordinary split-level home plan boasts far more than just a "pretty face.” Careful attention to detail makes this small and affordable 1459 square foot design as functional as it is attractive. A covered stoop protects the inviting entry, which is brightened by the glass door with sidelights and an arched transom. Vaulted ceilings dramatize the family room, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen and sunroom while lending to an open, airy feel. A fireplace is the focal point of the family room. The spacious dining room is open to the family room and is adorned by a large "Palladian style" window. The efficient corridor kitchen includes a cabinet-style pantry. 0123	Mirror Reverse Mirror reverse house plans are the mirror image of the home plan, which flips the floor plan from left to right with the text appearing backwards just as if you were looking in a mirror. The mirror reverse floor plan serves as a visual aid showing the layout of the home the way you plan to build it and also shows correct door swings. It is recommended to only order one or two sets of your house plan package with the mirror reverse option and order the rest of the sets as correct or right reading plans. At least three sets in the plan package MUST be right reading plans.	$15.00
