Plan Description

The gracious living of another era is beautifully preserved in this authentic country Victorian house plan. From the turret and wraparound porch to the detailed trim work, the exterior has been painstakingly replicated to capture the playful architecture of the period. The large and inviting foyer welcomes guests into the living room and octagonal music room. Double doors allow you to enter the library with its own spiral stair to the second level. After a savory meal in the traditional dining room, pass through French doors out to the porch where you can enjoy after dinner drinks with guests. Another authentic feature, the butler’s pantry makes light work of meals. The family area is the heart of the home consisting of an island kitchen complemented with huge walk-in pantry, a sunny nook with French doors to the covered porch, and the generously sized family room complete with media wall. Note the optional cabana (135 square feet) with bath, ideal for entertaining guests beside the pool. The secondary bathroom is located near the library, which is perfect for that unexpected guest. Elegant double doors lead to the master wing. Here, a fireplace warms the sitting area and sleeping chamber while French doors illuminate the room and lead to the porch. 0123	Mirror Reverse Mirror reverse house plans are the mirror image of the home plan, which flips the floor plan from left to right with the text appearing backwards just as if you were looking in a mirror. The mirror reverse floor plan serves as a visual aid showing the layout of the home the way you plan to build it and also shows correct door swings. It is recommended to only order one or two sets of your house plan package with the mirror reverse option and order the rest of the sets as correct or right reading plans.
