Plan Description

Unapologetically French Provincial, this luxury home plan’s hip rooflines stand majestically over its stucco and board-and-batten sheathing. Indicative of the style, a sentinel of second-story arched windows breaks through the cornice into the roof while the main-floor windows and shutters extend to ground level. Carriage-style garage doors are fitting on the recessed garage, which appears as more of a historic or Old World outbuilding than an appendage. The sophisticated floor plan is wrought with tasteful detail. The foyer introduces dramatic views of a classy circular staircase and the formal living and dining rooms.
