Plan Description

Colonial roots are in evident on this traditional design. They manifest in a recessed entry with transom and sidelights, multi-paned windows and a gable roof. The interior, however, is purely modern and spacious enough to suit the whole family. Living areas are on the main level and include a two-story great room with corner fireplace, a den with a closet and built-ins and both formal and informal dining spaces. The kitchen separates the dining areas and has a modified C-shape for convenience. The two-car garage attaches to the main house on the right side and is reached via a service hall that has space for a washer and dryer. Upstairs three bedrooms delight in privacy. In the master suite, a comfortable bath and walk-in closet are its claim to comfort. A unique split bath is gently tucked between the two family bedrooms.
