Plan Description

This country-style, narrow lot home plan is full of surprises, both inside and out. Begin with a covered front deck, a stone chimney stack and cedar shake shingle on the outside offering a bit of a rustic appeal. Then look to the interior for a completely livable main level and a lower level with additional bedrooms. A vaulted great room is at the center of the main level. It is flanked by two decks and warmed by a fireplace, ideal for gathering outdoors on pleasant summer evenings or indoors on wintry nights. A kitchen and light-filled dining area are close by, as is a coat closet and the stairway to the lower level. At the front of the main level, Bedroom 1 sports a sunny window seat in a box-bay window.
