Plan Description

Outdoor enthusiasts can immerse themselves in nature with this rustic country home plan. Well suited for a narrow lot, this compact design works well on a mountainside or near a creek or lake. Enter from the covered front porch to find a spacious vaulted den, perfect for relaxing after a long day enjoying the great outdoors. A center fireplace warms this space and the adjoining dining room. Prepare your catch of the day in the well-appointed kitchen complete with island and breakfast bar. The rear porch is perfect for grilling and provides a supply room, ideal for storing hunting of fishing gear. Two bedrooms and two baths deliver comfortable accommodations with this cozy two-story house plan.

Rendering and floor plans depict a pier foundation, however plans are not sold with the pier foundation. This is an artist’s interpretation of a change you could make to the floor plan to accommodate a waterfront lot.

Reproducible masters are printed on bond paper and come with a copyright release.

Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$1,105.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$150.00
