Plan Description

This rambling ranch home plan was intentionally designed with maximum length to create the impression of a much larger home. The front location of the living room allows for a great view from the massive glass wall. A vaulted and beamed ceiling lends a sense of spaciousness while the fireplace and wet bar work well for entertaining. The dining room, kitchen and casual bayed eating area are clustered together making it easy to serve meals. And with the rear patio, grill masters will have a space to call their own. Perfect for families with small children, three bedrooms are clustered together ensuring everyone gets a good night’s sleep. Walk-in closets complement each bedroom. Finished with a 2-car, side-entry garage, this small and affordable one-story packs quite a punch.

Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$820.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$820.00

Mirror Reverse
Mirror reverse house plans are the mirror image of the home plan, which flips the floor plan from left to right with the text appearing backwards just as if you were looking in a mirror. The mirror reverse floor plan serves as a visual aid showing the layout of the home the way you plan to build it and also shows correct door swings. It is recommended to only order one or two sets of your house plan package with the mirror reverse option and order the rest of the sets as correct or right reading plans. At least three sets in the plan package MUST be right reading plans. 		$15.00
Material List
A general listing of the quantities and sizes of materials needed for construction of your home. This tool aids your builder in the estimating process. Note: A material list cannot be sold without the simultaneous or prior purchase of a construction blueprint package. 		$75.00
