Plan Description

Tired gables and a covered front porch are the focal points of this small and affordable one-story home plan. Designed for functional living, this floor plan wastes no space. The entry provides a coat closet and immediately introduces the combined great room and dining room. This barrier free space is warmed by a fireplace and is flexible enough to accommodate a variety of activities. Nearby, the L-shaped kitchen and casual breakfast nook combine creating a casual area for meals. Grill masters will appreciate the convenience of the easy-access covered porch, ideal for preparing meats. At the back of home, three bedrooms are clustered together, ideal for families with little ones. The secondary bedrooms access a hall bath while the master bedroom delivers a private bath and walk-in closet. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$1,235.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$150.00
