Plan Description

Fashioned with true Florida style, this two-story house plan is surely one you’ll love. A portico, stately entry and interesting roofline afford a custom look. Upon entering you’ll feel an immediate sense of spaciousness with the formal living and dining rooms opening to one another and each topped with a 12’ ceiling. Plenty of windows help bring the outdoors in. Check out the wet bar, perfect for serving drinks to guests before dinner. A pocket door leads to the gourmet kitchen, which is easily accessible from the family room but sufficiently detached from the dining area to preserve the atmosphere for formal occasions.
