RV garage plans and Boat Storage garage plans are also known as motor home garages and boathouse plans. They are usually designed to store one or two standard sized vehicles and an RV or boat. Some of these detached garages even offer room for a workshop or workbench. Typically, at least one bay is extra deep accommodating the length of a boat and trailer or and RV. With an RV garage plan an extra large overhead garage door and a longer bay with high ceilings is needed to accommodate the height of an RV. They also may suit the needs of auto mechanics wishing to install a lift for car maintenance. Garages with boat and RV storage come in varying sizes and styles. They range from floor plans strictly designed to accommodate one RV or boat to a two or three car garage and an attached RV or boat stall or bay. Dressing up an existing home, these detached garage plans can be situated behind the home in the rear yard, to the side of the house or wherever you desire. Drive-Thru garage plans and other various styles share some similar features with Boat Storage garage plans and Garages with RV storage.
