Plan Description

Designed for a narrow lot, this Sunbelt house plan offers a multitude of features that will appeal to small families and couples alike. Fashioned for flexibility, this single-story delivers two or three bedrooms. Use one for a study if needed and easily convert it to a guest room when overnight visitors arrive. With each bedroom featuring its own bath there is privacy for everyone. Notice the step-saver kitchen with views into the spacious combined living and dining rooms, ideal for gatherings and socialization. A covered lanai extends the living areas were a summer kitchen is ready for lunch or dinner beside the pool. Finished with a 2-car garage and utility room entry, this ranch home plan packs a big punch.

Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$1,135.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$1,135.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs.
