Plan Description

Pairs of peaked gables. Decorative brackets. Board-and-batten siding paired with wood shingles. These Craftsman embellishments make this multifamily duplex feel as personalized as a single-family home. The floor plan calls attention to its open kitchen, dining room, and living room layout—an arrangement that’s attractive to contemporary homeowners because of its convenience. The foyer easily provides space for persons to hang coats and remove their shoes, thanks to a staircase entrance that’s opposite the front door. The design offers many other amenities, such as a walk-in pantry in the kitchen, a built-in desk and media center, a main-floor laundry room, and a kitchen island, all wish-list favorites.
