Plan Description

Intricate details, a columned wrap-around porch and a turret give this Victorian house plan a striking look. Double doors open to a roomy foyer where an elegant stair adds a dramatic touch. To the right, the octagonal-shaped living room features a classy, coffered ceiling and a fireplace. To the left, double doors open to the cozy den, just right for a home office. At the rear of the home, the efficient kitchen is conveniently placed between the breakfast nook and dining room. A bay window and coffered ceiling enhance the family room as it steps out on to the back porch. Upstairs, four bedrooms indulge in privacy. The master bedroom boasts a coffered ceiling, walk-in closet and luxurious bath complete with window whirlpool tub. Finished with a 2-car garage and laundry room entry, this two-story country home plan lacks for nothing.

CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$175.00
