Plan Description

This commercial building plan is designed for assisted living with handicap accessibility. A covered porch opens to a large and spacious gathering / dining area featuring a cozy fireplace flanked with built-ins. The roomy kitchen boasts an oversized walk-in pantry and serves the dining area with ease. Each bedroom unit is situated on an outside wall boasting outdoor views and a private half bath. A full bath with shower and tub and a double laundry room are located at the heart of the design providing convenience. Perfect for business needs, the office is tucked at the rear of the home with a meeting room located above. This assisted living design offers comfortable accommodations for 15 residents.

Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$1,300.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$1,400.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$1,400.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$150.00
