Plan Description
This commercial building plan is a single-story, multi-tenant, retail development. Exterior materials include brick veneer with E.I.F.S. / stucco top band and metal roofing. A covered walkway with arched openings provides weather protection at tenant entrances.Each commercial stock plan package represents the graphical and quantitative components of a proposed development. Each plan has been designed by an architect and can be used by builder, developers, business owners and other architects or engineers. The commercial stock plan package is for the consideration of a design concept use only. Additional architectural and engineering professionals are required to convert the concept into the necessary construction documents.
