Plan Description

This two-story multi-tenant facility offers retail accommodations on the ground level and office space on the second floor. Exterior materials include brick and stone veneer with decorative masonry detailing at the cornice. Each tenant space entry is protected by a covered porch or balcony. This floor plan layout illustrates eight tenant spaces with the core service functions in-place. An elevator is located at the center of the facility giving total accessibility to the upper floor along with stairs at each end and exit stairs at the rear. This commercial building plan can be used to satisfy many uses.

This commercial plan can be purchased with 2x6 wood or 6-inch metal studs. Please call to order.
