This single-story office design can be utilized in a freestanding environment or in a mid-town application as shown with street-side, pedestrian access and rear parking. Exterior materials and features include rear sloping, metal roofing, masonry veneer / masonry detailing, and a suspended metal canopy. This commercial building plan can satisfy many uses.
