Plan Description

This one-story commercial plan offers a shopping center design with a central angled tower, stone base columns, E.I.F.S. exterior finish, standing seam metal roofing on the towers and narrow lot design with end receiving dock area. Leasing bays are typically 24 ft. wide with 10 ft. -12 ft. clear ceiling heights and aluminum and glass store fronts.

This commercial plan can be purchased with 2x6 wood or 6-inch metal studs. Please call to order.

Each plan has been designed by an architect and can be used by builder, developers, business owners and other architects or engineers.
