Plan Description

This one-story commercial stock plan offers an office building design with shell office lease space. A central entry with clerestory windows, stone base wainscot with stone ledge, stucco finish base, craftsman eave trim, custom entry lights, copper accent tower roof, wood frame and clay tile roofing complete this commercial office building.

Each commercial stock plan package represents the graphical and quantitative components of a proposed development. Each plan has been designed by an architect and can be used by builder, developers, business owners and other architects or engineers. The commercial stock plan package is for the consideration of a design concept use only. Additional architectural and engineering professionals are required to convert the concept into the necessary construction documents.
