This single story utility building features drive-in overhead doors, split-face blocks and metal siding, sloped metal roofing, conventional framing, an office, break room, toilets and part rooms. This commercial building plan includes an extra heavy floor slab.

This commercial plan can be purchased with 2x6 wood or 6-inch metal studs. Please call to order.
