This single story strip center is a commercial building plan. It features brick and E.I.F.S. exterior, standing seam metal roof, continuous covered canopy with gable roof accents, and six suites separated in the center by fire rated wall.

This commercial plan can be purchased with 2x6 wood or 6-inch metal studs. Please call to order.
