Plan Description

This single story traditional Church design features a deluxe steeple, brick veneer, classical trim, arched stained glass windows, portico, standing seam metal roofing and sanctuary with pew seats for up to 246 persons. It also includes classrooms, administrative offices, a fellowship hall, a kitchen that seats 95 persons, and an outdoor grilling area. This commercial building plan will accommodate many congregational needs.

This commercial plan can be purchased with 2x6 wood or 6-inch metal studs. Please call to order.

Each plan has been designed by an architect and can be used by builder, developers, business owners and other architects or engineers.
