Plan Description

This Cape Cod house plan is full of more than enough modern amenities, such as adjoining formal living and dining rooms, the latter of which features bay windows. The hearth room enjoys a corner fireplace, while the adjacent kitchen offers a cooktop island with a snack bar and the bayed dinette boasts direct access to a rear patio. Other first-floor rooms in this design include a huge family room with a fireplace and built-ins and a secluded study through handsome double doors, just right for a home office.
