Plan Description

A siding façade and attention to detail gives this apartment design a look all its own. Units A and B are situated on the first floor and enter though the main front doors. Units C and D are located on the second floor and access private stairwells to the upper level via side entries. All four dwellings provide a comfortable family room with convenient coat closet and a combined kitchen and dining room. An island with eating bar adds convenience in the kitchen while a sliding door in the dining area accesses the rear porch with storage closet. Two bedrooms share a hall bath with handy laundry facilities tucked inside. The simple design of these apartment units is perfect for families starting out.

Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$1,455.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$2,020.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$150.00
