Multi-Family House Plans

Multi-family floor plans offer a wide variety of dwelling units when size and style are considered. Multi-family homes consisting of two units built as a single dwelling are typically called duplex house plans. The units are built side by side and separated by a firewall or they are stacked and separated by floors. Duplex home plans have the outward character and charm of single-family designs.
