Plan Description

The most noticeable features of this country house plan are its covered front porch and rustic façade. Step inside to find an entry leading your to the living room boasting a stone hearth and vaulted beamed ceiling. A U-shaped kitchen offers a pantry and combines with the dining room. Just off the kitchen you will find a sewing area and convenient utility room with laundry room and freezer. Remotely located, the master bedroom enjoys a quiet sitting room, walk-in closet and deluxe bath. On the opposite side of this split bedroom design, a full bath is nestled between the secondary bedrooms. While small and affordable, a double garage with storage completes this family-oriented ranch home plan.

Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$820.00
CAD File
Complete construction drawing in electronic format for use by design professionals to make substantial changes to the blueprint. Comes with a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Some CAD files can be emailed, while others must be shipped on a CD. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed or shipped.		$1,640.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$150.00
