Plan Description

The charm of this conventional design is amplified as a log home plan. The covered porch opens to the cozy entry with handcrafted stairway. The dining room invites you in with warm tones of the wood. The breakfast room with creative bar opens to the bright kitchen highlighted with an island and vaulted ceiling. A stone fireplace highlights the expansive great room while a soaring ceiling lends to spaciousness. The generous master suite with walk-in closet is also enhanced with a vaulted ceiling and private bath accented with double vanities. On the upper level, two additional bedrooms are joined by a comfy loft and share a hall bath. A two-car garage offers convenience and functionality completing this two-story log house plan.

Reproducible masters are printed on bond paper and come with a copyright release.

House plan package for making minor changes to the blueprint. Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$1,340.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are emailed.		$1,340.00

Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$150.00
