Plan Description

Covered porches and a stone chimney show off the country flair of this log home. A large deck connects the covered porches. All of these outdoor spaces are perfect for nature lovers. Inside, floor to ceiling windows fill the great room with natural light while a vaulted ceiling lends to spaciousness. The kitchen enjoys the convenience of an island with eating bar, nearby laundry room and pantry while adjoining the breakfast nook. This bedroom-together design is ideal for families with small children. The master bedroom features a private bath and walk-in closet while the secondary bedrooms share a hall bath. An upper level loft provides flexible space to use as you wish. The two-car garage adjoins the house via a breezeway completing this two-story log house plan.

Reproducible masters are printed on bond paper and come with a copyright release.

Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$1,340.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$150.00
