Plan Description

Windows and French doors enhance this beautiful two-story log home plan while three sides of the home are wrapped with expansive sun decks. A great room with bay sitting area has direct access to a corner kitchen with angled breakfast bar and large dining room. The master suite enjoys a pocket door into the private bath and French doors to the sun deck. The upper level offers a long narrow loft area, ideal for an office or library, a bathroom and two bedrooms all within view of the natural log balcony railing. Bedroom 2 boats access to attic storage, while Bedroom 3 enjoys a walk-in closet. This log house plan is charming and functional.

Consists of one copy of the construction drawing and a copyright release granting legal permission to change the designer's original copyrighted house plan and reproduce it for construction. Blueprints are typically printed on erasable vellum or bond paper. Note: Reproducible masters printed on bond paper will require the use of White Out. Note: Some of our designers require customers to sign and return a licensing agreement before the plans are shipped.		$1,225.00
PDF File (Best Value)
Electronic file of the construction drawing delivered by email to the customer usually within 24-48 hours of purchasing (during regular business hours.) Includes a copyright release to print the blueprints needed for construction. Copies can be printed on 8 1/2" x 11" sheets right from your computer or take the file to a blueprint shop and print full sized house plans for construction. Saves time and shipping costs. Right Reading Reverse
One-time surcharge. All sets of house plans in your blueprint package will come in full reverse essentially flipping the floor plan from left to right with all text, symbols and notes readable, rather than mirrored. 		$150.00
