A shuttered window highlights the brick exterior of this 2-car garage plan with storage and loft. Fashioned with traditional style, the design works well with almost any home and offers a great layout for maximum flexibility. The first level provides a total of 672 square feet of parking/storage space. The parking area easily holds two automobiles but could also accommodate other things such as the riding mower or an ATV. A separate storage area is great for storing gardening or mechanic’s tools. The second floor holds a loft with 331 square feet of usable space. With an 8’ ceiling in the center of the room, this area is just right for extra storage for seasonal items and treasures you just can’t part with. It might also be transformed into a much needs workspace for hobbies or an office. You can’t go wrong with this two-car garage plan with loft.
